Venison Chops

These juicy flavorful venison chops by @TFTI.BBQ are marinated to perfection with Tony Chachere’s Wild Game Marinade!  A little spice, a lot of flavor—grill, sear, or roast your way to a wild feast

Ingredients

  • Venison rack

  • Tony Chachere’s Wild Game Marinade

  • Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Add protein to freezer bag then add in marinade. Seek and set in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Fire up your grill for indirect cooking. Adding hickory wood chunks for smoke at 300F.
  3. Remove protein from marinade, pat dry then season.
  4. Place protein on cold side of the grill and close the lid. When protein reaches an internal temperature of around 125F place over coals to get a nice sear.
  5. Keep flipping until internal temperature reaches 135F.
  6. When done remove and let rest for 20min before slicing.
