Ingredients

  • 1 Ramen Noodle Cup

  • 3-6 shrimp, peeled

  • 1 sausage link

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • cilantro, chopped

  • lime slice

  • Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. Marinate the shrimp with the olive oil, paprika, and Tony’s Bold Creole Seasoning to taste.
  2. Cook the shrimp on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, flipping them halfway through cook time, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, fry the sausage on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until charred. Once done, set aside.
  4. For the egg, you can either boil it or fry it according to your liking. Boiling has options like soft and hard boiled, while frying as options like sunny side and over-easy. Cook the egg to your preference.
  5. Prepare the ramen noodle cup according to the cup instructions. You can use any brand that you are fond of.
  6. Add the shrimp, sausage, and egg into the prepared ramen noodle cup.
  7. Once done, garnish with Tony’s Bold Creole Seasoning, the cilantro, and the lime slice.
  8. Enjoy!
