Ingredients

12 oysters on a half shell

½ cup ghee (melted)

6 garlic cloves (finely minced)

1 tablespoon Tony’s Pepper Sauce
-
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-
1 teaspoon Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning
-
½ teaspoon Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil
-
½ teaspoon oregano
-
⅓ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
-
⅓ cup Romano cheese (grated)
-
1 tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)

Directions
- In a small bowl combine ghee, garlic, Tony’s Pepper Sauce, Worcestershire, Tony’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning, Tony’s Supreme Creole Crab Boil, and oregano. Mix until combined and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the cheese and set aside.
- Preheat your grill to 500° F.
- Place the oysters on the grill and spoon a generous amount of butter over each.
- Let the oysters cook for about 5 minutes or until the edges begin to curl and the oyster plumps up.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over each oyster along with parsley.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread and lemon wedges.
