Spice up your appetizers with Cajun Buffalo Shrimp by @Tftibbq! Crispy, zesty, and perfectly seasoned, these shrimp are tossed in a bold buffalo sauce for the ultimate crowd-pleaser. 🦐🔥

Ingredients

  • Shrimp: 

  • 1 egg per dozen shrimp

  • Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • Tony Chachere’s Creole Fish Fry Mix

  • Cajun Buffalo Sauce: 

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning

  • Clear

Directions

  1. To a small bowl add in shrimp, egg and Cajun seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat up oil to 350F
  3. To a large bowl add in Fish Fry dredge. Place shrimp into bowl and squeeze shrimp to get a nice coating.
  4. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. To a small pan add in butter and garlic. Cook for 2-3 min then add in Buffalo sauce and No Salt Cajun seasoning. Constantly stir to avoid burning.
  6. In a large bowl add shrimp and dump sauce in to bowl and mix.
  7. Serve with Blue Cheese and enjoy.
