Tony’s twist on Southern-style chili … make with ground meat, tomatoes, seasonings and, of course, Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. It goes great with a side of crackers and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Ground Beef

  • 1 Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes

  • 2 Tablespoons Cumin

  • 2 Whole Garlic, Minced

  • 2 Tablespoons Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning

  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch

  • Clear

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown meat and onions.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add chili powder and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning.
  5. Adjust seasoning.
  6. Add masa to thicken.
